The construction project in Müllerstraße / Lindower Straße in 13353 Berlin-Wedding comprises the new construction of a high-rise building for residential, office and commercial space. The client is Gutman Investment GmbH, while the architectural firm BVBHT Architekten is responsible for the planning. The service includes the MEP planning of service phases 1 to 9 for the new construction of a residential building with a total of 60 residential units as well as office and commercial space.

The building has a usable area of 14,000 square meters and a gross floor area of 21,100 square meters. The budget for the technical building services amounts to 9.2 million euros, while the total budget for the project is 38 million euros. The performance period extended from 2016 to 2020.

The building complex comprises apartments, retail outlets and offices. A central component of the design is a ten-storey tower integrated into a 60 by 60 meter block. Particularly noteworthy is a square that is raised to the top floor and can be reached via a free-standing staircase from Müllerstrasse. A two-storey colonnade leads to this staircase and leads into the square area. The project was developed as part of the Berlin Senate's "Active Centres" urban development program, which promotes the development and revitalization of inner-city areas.
