Adenauerallee forms a significant section of the main traffic axis running from the city center of Hamburg to the Berliner Tor in the St. Georg district. The building plot, one of the last large brownfield sites in St. Georg, is located directly on this main thoroughfare. Along this street, high-rise buildings up to 90 meters in height dominate the cityscape, while the surrounding buildings are significantly lower. The planned construction project takes this environment into account and aims for a harmonious transition by adapting to the heights and masses of the surrounding buildings.

The construction project at Adenauerallee 52-58 in Hamburg includes both a hotel and a residential part, interconnected in direct architectural association and sharing a common underground garage on the 1st and 2nd basement levels.

The residential tower extends from the ground floor to the 16th floor, while the hotel spans from the ground floor to the 6th floor. The high-rise comprises a total of 277 hotel rooms as well as residential quarters in the residential tower. Both parts of the building are complemented by a shared two-story underground garage. Urbanistically, the complex will fill the gap between Lindenstraße and Böckmannstraße, thus completing the cityscape.

The gross floor area of the entire project is 31,000 square meters. The construction period extended from 2016 to 2019, with a budget volume of 100 million euros.

This architectural project represents a significant enhancement for the city of Hamburg, providing both tourists and residents with a modern and comfortable living experience in a central location.
